Murder for Hire: The Peruvian Pigeon is official!

After over 15 years of writing, rewriting, rejections and frustration, my first novel has been published and is actually...well...official! Please go here for details. It'll be available on Amazon.com in a few days and in stores shortly. More triumphant happydance blogging over the weekend as we also try and get my website up and running!

    Congratulations!

Now you've dispensed with the learning curve, the next one should come much quicker, right?

Gives one a whole new appreciation of Isaac Asimov's prolific-ness, eh? (is that a word?)

If it's not a word, it should be! People who can turn out a book a year (or more) amaze me... although the first draft of MFH was written in a couple months. It showed too...

Woohoo! Woohooo! (One woohoo! would not do it for this occasion.) Trying to decide if I ought to order through amazon or just walk into my local bookstore and demand it.

Just thought to add my voice to the clamor of congratulations! And I must confess Redzilla's dilemma is also mine. I've actually been shopping amazon to the neglect of all my local (and local chain) bookstores and video stores. I usually get a better price.

The other thought was that if you did that "amazon business partner website thingie you could direct people to amazon through your website and then take a kickback from amazon for any completed sales. Get paid twice!

    Anyhoo Congrat's!

And Does Brian know he's on the cover?

Yup, Brian knows he's on the cover - I asked him if he minded me using hte photo and he was quite happy with it. I'll have to do the Amazon partner thingee - just have to figure out how it's done once my site is up and running. I'd kind of like people to demand it from their stores too, though...
